  • Radiance Gardens Ribbon Cutting & Community Social

Congratulations to Vetiveah, founder of Radiance Gardens and graduate of the 2025 Chamber Entrepreneur Academy, on celebrating her 1-year anniversary and ribbon cutting with the Chamber community!

Guests enjoyed a hands-on planting workshop and Q&A that shared practical gardening techniques, including proper planting methods, transplanting tips, plant maintenance, pest management strategies, and ways to support healthy growth throughout the season. The discussion highlighted the value of taking an active role in growing your own food while demonstrating that gardening can be accessible to everyone, regardless of living situation or available space. Attendees also learned about Radiance Gardens' community garden initiatives while exploring resources that support food access, sustainability, and local agriculture.

A special thank you to our restaurant partners for providing delicious local eats following the workshop/Q&A and ceremony: Favorites Bistro Bar, Muddy Waters Cafe, Water Street Waffle Co., The Spot Cafe, La Luna Ristorante New London, The Marquee on State Street and Kin D Thai&Sushi.
